PTSA sensors play a crucial role in the efficient operation and maintenance of cooling towers. These sensors serve in monitoring and controlling the concentration of treatment chemicals such as scale and corrosion inhibitors. How Do PTSA Sensors Work
Fluorescent trace chemicals such as PTSA change in color in response to chemical content concentration. So, when added to treatment chemicals such as scale and corrosion inhibitors, an in-line fluorometer is able to measure the changes in the PTSA. Hence, interpret the concentration of the treatment chemicals.
