The dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration is monitored and controlled throughout various food & beverage processing applications (including fermentation, preservation, packaging, and storage) as well as through laboratory sample analysis.

AlpHa’s DO portfolio includes optical, polarographic, and galvanic sensing technologies, and the flexibility of supplying the entire DO sensing solution or simply a customized electrode, membrane cap, or optical sensing patch. DO solutions feature detection limits down to parts per billion (ppb) and measurement range options of 0 – 200% or 0 – 500% saturation. Output options include analog (4 – 20 mA or 0 – 5 V) or digital (RS-485 MODBUS RTU) formats with the ability to seamlessly integrate with third party equipment.
