Our Executive Leadership Team
Drew Hall - CEO
Andrew (“Drew”) Hall is President and Chief Executive Officer of AlpHa Measurement Solutions LLC (AlpHa), overseeing global strategy and execution.
Drew served as Chief Executive Officer for Analytical Sensors & Instruments (ASI) and Aurora Scientific Instruments (Aurora) since March of 2016, achieving substantial growth in customers, market, technology, and personnel. In December 2018, Drew partnered with Prairie Capital to form what is now AlpHa Measurement Solutions to acquire ASI and Aurora as the first integral step to build the world’s leading liquid sensor technology platform.
Steven Krebs - COO
Steve Krebs is President and Chief Operating Officer of AlpHa Measurement Solutions LLC (AlpHa), managing supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and technology at AlpHa’s vertically integrated North American and Asia Pacific facilities.
Prior to AlpHa, Steve served as the Vice President of Global Operations & Engineering at an Emerson business unit, where he was responsible for operating strategy and executing “from quote to delivery” at 10 manufacturing plants around the world.
Prior to Emerson, Steve was the Chief Operating Officer at Control Company, a private equity-owned calibrated instrumentation company located in Houston, Texas. He joined Control after stints at private equity-backed Cornerstone Automation Systems in Frisco, Texas, where he served as Vice President of Operations of the industrial automation company, and Chobani in New York and Idaho, where he led TPG Capital’s PMO and was responsible for improving the company’s overall operational cost structure.
Art Innis - CFO
Art Innis is President and Chief Financial Officer of AlpHa Measurement Solutions LLC (AlpHa), managing global accounting & finance, human resources, legal, and administration at Alpha’s North American and Asia Pacific locations.
Most recently, Art held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Fresh Food Group. The Fresh Food Group is a leading provider of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, snacking products, and home meal replacement solutions through operations from eleven plants in North America. He was responsible for Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Administration. He was heavily involved in the restructuring and subsequent sale of the Company in April 2021.
Aaron Judice – Product Engineering & Design
Aaron Judice is the Vice President of Global Research & Development and New Product Development, responsible for creating the global product vision and driving the product development execution for AlpHa Measurement Solutions LLC (AlpHa).
Aaron most recently served as Director, Product Development at Antylia Scientific, where he was responsible for developing and executing against the product roadmap for its Test & Measurement business unit. While at Antylia/Cole-Parmer, he focused on leveraging its portfolio of flagship product technology and transforming it via developing cloud-based communications for data transfer and remote control, commonly referred to as an “Internet of Things” (IoT) strategy.
Neil Boesl - VP of Sales & Marketing
Neil Boesl is the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing overseeing the global commercial organizations for AlpHa Measurement Solutions LLC (AlpHa).
Prior to joining AlpHa, Neil held the position of Vice President of Sales and Service for the Southern Region of Anton Paar USA. Anton Paar develops, produces, distributes, and provides support for analytical instruments used in research, development, and quality control worldwide. In his most recent role at Anton Paar, Neil established the Houston office, cultivated a positive team culture, and grew the region by double digits year over year. He developed market opportunities for product sales, collaborating both cross-functionally and multi-nationally.
AlpHa Asia-Pacific
Handerson Jiang- General Manager
Handerson Jiang is the General Manager of AlpHa Measurement Solutions APAC, managing all site functional activities including commercial, operations, human resources, and finance.
Handerson most recently served as Director of Operations at Halma China, a manufacturing site for 3 of Halma companies based in the United States. Halma is a constituent of the FTSE 100 and is a global group of 45 life-saving technology companies. He spent 9 years with Halma to improve the company’s overall operational performance and develop and implement the manufacturing growth and expansion plan for the company.

Our Houston, Texas (USA) location serves as our global headquarters, as well as a vertically integrated manufacturing site across a full range of electrochemical and electronic products. Some highlights:
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified (December 2023 certificate)
- Manufacturing Capabilities include glass lathe / bulb blowing, machine shop, chemistry lab, assembly, testing, label/logo customization, and shipping for products manufactured at any AlpHa location
- Technical Design Services including sales, research & development and/or new product development across a wide range of parameters in the electrochemical and electronic sensing industry
Our Shanghai, China location is located in the Cao He Jing Hi-Tech Park and serves as our Asia Pacific headquarters, as well as a vertically integrated best cost manufacturing site for certain electrochemical and electronic products. Some highlights:

- Manufacturing Capabilities include glass lathe / bulb blowing, plastic and rubber injection molding, machine shop, chemistry lab, assembly, testing, label/logo customization, and shipping for products worldwide
