Conductivity in Aquaculture, Agriculture, & Hydroponics

Conductivity, correlated to total dissolved solids (TDS) or salinity, is utilized to monitor significant changes that indicate a source of disturbance, condition, or health of the water body. In agriculture, aquaculture & hydroponics, conductivity sensors detect the need for larger-scale water changes, increased aeration, or other treatment plans. In soil-based agriculture applications, increases in salinity or TDS in irrigation water can prevent soil salinity issues. AlpHa has sensor solutions uniquely tailored to each application, including continuous (process) monitoring sensors, laboratory/field electrodes, and cartridge options for multiparameter/sonde.
